You must be in business already. My coaching is specifically for investors who have built a foundation. Ideally you are making at least $100,000 in gross profit per year. Here are some examples that would apply:
1) You've done 10+ wholesales and want to scale out an operation.
2) You own a some rentals, but want to build a bigger, organized business around it.
3) You've completed at least 3 renovation projects, and want to streamline & grow your operation.
4) You're a seasoned real estate agent, and ready to bolt on the investor side of the business.
I do not teach investors the basics of real estate. If this is you, please reach out once you have built a foundation to stack on top of. I coach people who are actively in the trenches, doing deals. In addition, my mentorship is not cheap. Expect to make an investment into yourself. But also expect to see an un-matched return on that investment, when paired with massive action. If you "don't have much time" to invest in building this business, I would prefer not to work together. It's possible to do with a full time job, but that job either needs schedule flexibility or you must be willing to work hard outside of your work hours.
Due to multiple businesses and deal types, problems my students are facing can vary. But for the most part, it ranges from lack of lead flow, to inconsistent deal flow, and everywhere in between. I first dissect my students' entire business process, and overall knowledge up to this point. Then I start identifying deficiencies. I always find other problems they have not yet detected. Such as organizational in-efficiencies that are causing ROI to suffer on marketing spend. Or they focus on 1-2 exit strategies versus the 6 that I execute. More exit strategies means more ways to close the deal. More deals = higher ROI on marketing dollars. Growing a strong team is a challenge everyone seems to face. They are doing too much themselves, but are scared to give up control. We focus on this consistently. I’ve built a multi 7-figure flipping business that operates virtually. The ONLY way to do that is by high level tracking, management, and leadership.

I have been doing this for over a decade and have learned countless lessons that I intend to teach you, so that you don't have to learn them all the hard way.

This is a loaded question. It all comes down to 2 things: Action & Velocity. How much action can you pack into the shortest amount of time. The students that maximize these 2 areas, see the most results in the shortest amount of time. While not mandatory, it produces faster progress. Others like to move slower, and that's ok. Just set the timeline of your expectations appropriately. I am not a miracle worker. You are not paying for a magic wand. You are paying for a shortcut. A "fast pass" of sorts. I am giving you the road map for you to build and execute. Then I am here for support along the way. Hiring issues, comp plan structuring, lead sources, detailed deal breakdowns, and more.
